Our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Copyright / DMCA Policy — all in one place. Elara Pro is strictly a media player application and does not host, store, or provide any media content.

A. Privacy Policy
1. Information Collection
To activate and support the Elara Pro application, we collect a limited set of information tied strictly to licensing and account administration:
Device identifiers — such as a MAC address or device ID, used to bind an activation key to a specific device and enforce device-limit terms.
Email address — collected at activation or registration, used strictly for license verification, account access, and support correspondence.
We do not request or collect payment card details, government identification, or any information beyond what license verification and support require.
2. Use of Data
The information described above is used exclusively for:
Generating and validating your license / activation key.
Managing your account through the customer portal at manage.elarapro.app, including device management.
Technical troubleshooting and responding to support requests.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. No Tracking / Media Logs
Elara Pro does NOT log, analyze, store, or monitor your streaming history, playlists, or loaded media content in any form — zero exceptions.
Because Elara Pro is strictly a player, the playlists and server credentials you add are used locally to play your content and are never transmitted to or retained on our servers. Our backend has no concept of channels, streams, or playlists at all — it only manages licensing and device activation.
4. Data Protection & Security
We apply standard industry measures to protect the account and device data described above, including:
Encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all communication between the app, the customer portal, and our servers.
Access controls restricting who on our team can view account and device records.
Device-scoped authentication tokens, revoked automatically on deactivation or reactivation.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Contact
Questions about this policy or a request regarding your data can be sent to support@elarapro.app.
B. Terms of Service
1. Software License
Subject to these Terms and a valid, active license, Elara Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Elara Pro media player application on supported Android and Android TV devices, for your personal or household use.
This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the application, and you may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the application or your license to a third party outside the device-transfer process described in Section 3.
2. Absolute Content Disclaimer
Elara Pro is strictly a media player application. We do not provide, host, sell, or distribute playlists, channels, IPTV streams, or media content of any kind.
Any playlist, stream, or server credential loaded into the application is supplied entirely by you, the user. You are 100% responsible for the content you load into Elara Pro and for the legality of the sources you connect to. Elara Pro has no ability to view, moderate, or control third-party content and accepts no responsibility for it.
3. Fair Usage & License Keys
One-year and lifetime licenses are bound to a limited number of authorized devices under your activation key, managed through the customer portal at manage.elarapro.app. You may add, remove, or transfer devices within the limits of your plan through that portal.
Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of activation keys, and any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the application's licensing mechanism, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the associated license without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
Elara Pro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representation or warranty regarding the uptime, availability, quality, or legality of any third-party playlist, stream, or server you choose to connect to the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elara Pro and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including issues caused by third-party content sources outside our control.
C. Refund Policy
1. License Activation & Refunds
Elara Pro licenses (1-Year — €5, or Lifetime — €9) are digital software activations. Because a key grants immediate, unrestricted access to the application once redeemed on a device, purchases are generally considered final once the activation key has been successfully redeemed.
Refunds outside the conditions below are granted only at our discretion.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
A full refund is provided when both of the following are true:
01The request is made within 7 days of purchase; and
02A genuine technical issue prevents the app itself from functioning, and our support team at support@elarapro.app is unable to resolve it.
3. Ineligible Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be granted for issues outside the application itself, including:
Problems with third-party playlist providers or IPTV subscription services.
Offline, expired, or otherwise unavailable third-party servers.
Internet connection quality or bandwidth limitations on your network.
As stated in our Terms of Service, Elara Pro does not host or provide any content — we cannot guarantee the uptime or quality of sources you connect to the app.
4. How to Request
Email support@elarapro.app with your device key and the email address used for purchase. Include a description of the technical issue so our team can attempt to resolve it before a refund is processed.
D. Copyrights, Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, branding, logos, graphics, and UI design comprising the Elara Pro application and its related services are the exclusive intellectual property of Elara Pro. Nothing in these policies transfers any of that intellectual property to you.
Unauthorized reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or redistributing the Elara Pro software or its installable package (APK) is strictly prohibited, and may result in termination of your license and further legal action.
2. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notice
Because Elara Pro does not host, store, or stream any content, we have no visibility into and no control over media a user chooses to load through their own third-party playlists or server credentials.
If you are a copyright holder and believe that content accessed via a third-party playlist or server violates your rights, the appropriate party to contact is the specific media host or playlist provider hosting that content directly — Elara Pro has no ability to remove or restrict content it does not host.
For genuine copyright inquiries concerning the Elara Pro software itself — such as unauthorized redistribution of the APK or misuse of our branding — contact
dmca@elarapro.app or
support@elarapro.app with the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and where it can be located.
Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement of your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Governing Law & Severability
These policies are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Elara Pro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own place of residence.
If any provision of these policies is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
